Lincoln Square Chicago 2 flat energy retrofit.  Design features include R30 wall and R49 roof insulation, SEER 20.9 ducted Heat Pump system, heat pump water heater, heat pump clothes dryer, energy star appliances, water sense fixtures and low flow toilets, induction cook tops, ERV ventilation, air sealing to .88 ACH and low voc finishes.
