With the loftiest goals in sustainability, Über Haus is one of the most innovative homes in the country. This is your chance to see true quality, building science, energy efficiency, and the durability / resiliency of an Evolutionary Home. Designed specifically to integrate all that Evolutionary Home Builders values; this project showcases many new technologies and materials. Red List Free / toxin free materials, a design that connects the home to the outdoors, whole house water filtration, and many other elements combine to produce a home that places human health and wellness at the forefront. This house is under construction, which allows tour goers to see many of the behind the wall innovations – some of which were custom formulated for this project.
Our team has built many first of a kind green projects in Illinois, and is known nationally for their innovative construction projects. Evolutionary Home Builders teamed up again with Tom Bassett Dilley Architect, as a award winning design build team that will not accept the status quo for the built environment. Again, high design meets high performance as this home pushes the envelope even further and leaves no stone unturned in terms of green features. We also hired some of the worlds best consultants for indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and hot water as we continue to reinvent and optimize the home. Among the many certifications this home is in process on, it is also set to be Net Positive Energy and Net Positive Water.
