Replace with an electric condensing type at end of its service life. This may require running a new 220V outlet.

Install an external-vented hood immediately if you don’t have it, and use the fan whenever you cook. Get an electric induction stove as soon as feasible. This likely requires running 220V electric to your kitchen.
